Write a speech or letter from the perspective of a politician running for president of that perfect world.

June 23, 2025 Week 5  Journal begin June 22, 2025. 8:46pm My fellow Americans, Today I'm not here to promise you a new dream. I'm here to honor the one we already have. There is real peace, fair justice, and respect for every person in this world. We are lucky to live here. I don't take this world for granted, and neither should you. Our kids don't have to worry about anything as they grow up because their schools are safe places to learn and grow. Our seniors are taken care of and not left behind. Our employees get more than just a wage. We built this world together, heart to heart, and brick by brick. But don't get it wrong, keeping the world perfect isn't about being satisfied with how well things are going. Protecting the principles that made us who we are kindness, fairness, duty, and unity are important. I'm not running for President of this great world to change who we are. I want to make what we've made stronger. With strength, knowledge, an...

Imagine a perfect world. Now describe it.

June 22, 2025 Week 5 Journal begin June 21, 9:05pm Imagine a world where peace is not just a dream but a reality where every corner of the globe is free from war, violence, and fear. In this ideal world, countries don't fight over resources or power but instead work together to make everything better for everyone. It is possible for people from all walks of life to live together peacefully and respect each other's differences. All kinds of discrimination, including racism and sexism, are gone. In their place are unity, equality, and real connections between people. In this perfect world, you never have to worry about meeting your basic needs. No one is thirsty, hungry, or left behind. No matter how much money someone has, they can all get clean water to drink, fresh, healthy food, a safe place to live, and a good education. Everyone can get health care, and everyone's physical, mental, and social health are all treated with the same amount of care and value. There are en...

What it feels like to be in a cave?

June 13, 2025 Week 4 Journal begin June 9, 2025. 11:50pm Being in a cave feels like going into the parts of yourself that you try not to think about. The light goes out as soon as you walk in. It's not getting darker over time, it's going from light to dark all at once, like the sun has gone out. You blink your eyes to try to get used to the dark, but it doesn't get lighter. The thick, heavy feeling wraps around you like a blanket that has been wet with cold water. There are hands in front of your face that you can't see. You lose your identity and the place you're in its entirety. It's damp and musty here, with the smell of wet stone, rotten leaves, and silence. Time doesn't seem to be moving anymore. It feels like the air hasn't moved in years because each breath is cooler than the last. It gets stuck in your throat and touches your skin. Nothing is blowing. There's no motion. It feels so strange to be so still like you've been cut off from...

My favorite relative

June 7, 2025  8:20am- 9:50am Week 3 My favorite relative is my Aunt Joan. She is not just a family member, but a friend, a mentor, and a second mother. She is my favorite relative because she is kind, generous, and has a strong personality. In our family, Aunt Joan has always been special. She is my mother’s twin sister, and I have always liked her calm personality and soft voice ever since I was a child. Somehow, she makes everyone feel right at home. She brings peace wherever she goes, whether it's through her food, her stories, or just being there. When I go to see her, her house feels like a safe haven it's warm, full of love, and the first thing I notice is the fragrance of her cooking. The thing I admire most about Aunt Joan is how smart she is. It looks like she knows how to fix everything. I know she will give me good, honest advice when I'm having trouble at work, with my family, or just feeling down. She listens without judging and talks in a nice way. Things hav...
